June 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22

BAKERS:
2-3 dozen cookies, a pan of brownies or whatever your favorite goody is are needed for all performances. Drop them off prior to the show!

USHERS: Distributing programs and seating our patrons takes about 45 minutes and then you can enjoy the show! No experience required!

REFRESHMENTS BAR: We need four adults to help take orders, collect money, pour sodas and wine and make really simple drinks; we only have a few to choose from! Training will be provided prior to the show. We need two people for pre-show and an additional two for intermission. Come check out our newly designed refreshments bar. You also have time to watch the show!!!

BOX OFFICE: Our Box Office opens 30 minutes prior to curtain.  We need one person for each performance to man the box office.  You will hand out will-call tickets (those with reservations); sell individual tickets to walk-ups, answer the phone and help prepare a Box Office report.  All in all it only takes about an hour of your time.

HOUSE MANAGER:  One of our most important Front of the House positions, the House Manager supervises the Ushers, checks the house for readiness, communicates with the Stage Manager prior to the opening of the house, opening curtain and after intermission.  This position also assists patrons with special needs or requests and handles any disturbances in the house during the show. This position requires a bit more time since you need to be here one hour prior to the show and stay through at least intermission.  If you enjoy working with people this is a great spot for you!

Call or e-mail the Front Office at 843-7469 to sign up!

Your help is needed to make our 31st season the best ever!!!!
