Steve has a BFA degree from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. His course studies emphasized Theatre Management and Promotion. He worked as a stage technician and lead technician during his summer months during college at Marriott’s Great America. After college he worked at the Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre as the Ticket Office Supervisor, Subscription Supervisor and Group Sales Representative. He then moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he was the Ticket Office Business Manager at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center for 20 years before becoming the Tulsa PAC Assistant Director for the next 8 years. He retired in 2013 and moved to Lawrence, Kansas. He has also acted in numerous shows throughout his career.
